Who we are

We're a company that grew out of a simple frustration: the sourcing process for industrial parts is slower, more opaque, and more error-prone than it needs to be. Buyers waste hours chasing quotes; shops over-promise and under-deliver; documentation gets lost between email threads.

Integrity Products Direct is a liaison between the buyer and the supplier. We carry the relationships with shops, fabricators, and stocking distributors so our clients can place an order with confidence and stay focused on their own work. Every job has a single point of contact, a documented scope, and a delivery commitment.

We're proudly Florida-based and family-owned. Our network reaches across the United States, Mexico, and select overseas partners, but accountability stays here, with us.

Vendor vetting Every supplier in our network has been qualified for capability, capacity, and consistency before we route a single order their way. We re-audit annually.
QC standards First-article inspection on new part numbers, dimensional reports on request, and material certs and traceability documentation included with every shipment that requires them.
Project management One point of contact per account. Status updates without you having to ask. Lead times that mean what they say, with proactive notice if anything changes.
Transparent pricing Unit cost, freight, and any pass-through fees broken out clearly. No mystery markups, no surprise charges, no padded invoices.
