We work with stocking distributors for catalog items and with specialty mills for non-standard threads, oversize lots, and traceable hardware requiring full material certs.
Hydraulic and pneumatic lines, fittings, manifolds, and custom hose assemblies built to your specs. We work with shops capable of crimping standard JIC, ORFS, and SAE flange fittings, as well as PTFE and high-pressure assemblies. Pressure-test certificates and assembly tags available on request.
Precision tooling, cutters, jigs, fixtures, and calibration equipment from established domestic suppliers. We help match tooling specs to the work — coatings, geometries, and substrates that hold up in your application — and arrange recalibration and recertification schedules where needed.
Build-to-print components produced by our partner network: 3- and 5-axis CNC machining, sheet metal cutting and forming, welded assemblies, and 3D-printed prototypes. Tolerances available down to ±0.0005" depending on geometry and material. Send drawings (STEP, IGES, PDF) and we'll quote against shops sized for the run length.
Day-in, day-out shop supplies: abrasives, cutting fluids and lubricants, adhesives, sealants, gloves, wipes, and PPE consumables. Available as one-time orders or scheduled replenishment with billing on standard net terms.
